If you have an audience of less than 30 people, a level one projector is most probably the right choice for your needs. However, if you have a much larger audience and you would like to use the largest screen, level 2 or 3 projectors would be the best as they have high Lumens (brightness) and resolution (image quality).
We have 3 screen sizes to choose from: small, medium, and large. Selecting the right screen size and style mostly depend the size of your audience and space. For more information, please visit our website. The screen is free and comes standard with any projector rental.
We have 2 over size projector screens sizes (7.5'x10' and 9'x12') and you need at least 12 feet height ceiling in order to use them and also need 2 person to assemble it which can be done in 5 minutes. Both over size screen projectors are Dual Vision Surface Front and Rear Projection.
If you rent a projector, you can pick up any projector screen size (small, medium, large) with no extra charges but oversize screens are not included in projector rental package but you can rent them separately.

Yes and you may come to our store any time and test or view the equipment rental. You can bring your laptop or file to practice and test it before renting.
We have a simple contract that state basic terms and conditions. The contract will be provided to you prior to the payment.
All our projectors are rented out for a minimum of 24 hour period.
You may pick up the rental equipment on Friday noon and returned them on Monday noon. This would count as our 'weekend rate', which is very affordable and cost effective.
You can pick up the equipment rental between our working hours and return it, on the next day before closing hours. This still is count as a 1 day, 24 hour rental period.
You are responsible for the projector and all other rental equipment from the time of pick up (or delivery) until you return it to us. If the equipment is lost or damaged, we will charge you for the retail value of the equipment.
We accept visa, master card, PayPal and cash. Please note that you will still be asked to provide a credit card with $500 credit available, if you pay with cash. We will keep this credit card on file until you return the projector.
Yes, we will require a credit card. The credit card will only be charged if the projector is damaged, lost, or stolen.
You can connect your iPhone, iPods, iPad, tablet, laptop, desktop (Mac or PC) to projector and enjoy the large image on screen. Audio support is available also.
Yes, all projectors have USB connection, which means you can connect your flash drive directly to the projector and watch your slide show.
All necessary cables come with projector. If you are going to connect your device to projector through HDMI, please note Level one projector has only VGA connection and level 2 and 3 have VGA and HDMI.
Yes, if you like to connect your MacBook, MacBook pro, iMac, iPhone, iPad, iPod or MacBook Air to the projector, you may reserve the adaptor in reservation page or just remind us while you picking up the projector. (Extra charges may apply)
Yes, we can usually deliver the equipment and pick it up. Different rates apply for different areas. For Vancouver, the cost is around $50. For Burnaby, Richmond and North Vancouver: $75. For Coquitlam, Surrey, Port Moody and Delta: $150. (Individual terms and conditions may apply, and delivery rates may vary - please inquire therein)
Our equipment rarely fails. It is our aim to replace any faulty unit with another working one to you in the same day after receiving the alleged faulty unit at our workshops. If you are in the Vancouver area, please inform us about your rental problem and we will try our best to solve the problem as fast and stress free as possible. During our 15 years of rental history, proudly, we have never had an equipment fail on our customers, but if anything does happen, we do offer a replacement of the same or equivalent equipment, in case of failure.
