Delivery and Setup
From a boardroom presentation to a trade show, annual company event, or even a party, the Presentation Rentals team delivers the equipment you need and provides on-site setup and support services to contribute to the success of your next event. (If you would like to set up the projector by yourselves, our online projector set up guide will be helpful for the quick set up.)
We deliver to the following locations:

Restaurant, Hotel & meeting facilities.
Conference, trade show, and exhibition centers.
Delivery and pick-up rates are based on proximity of your event location to our offices, and whether or not the delivery and pick-up time is during normal business hours of 10am-6pm Monday through Friday. Delivery rates will vary between offices. Please call for a specific delivery and pick-up quote.
Rental reservations received by noon can be delivered that same day if you need it!
